• Classroom Management Coaching and Professional Learning - great for a school based or district wide series of workshops and trainings on classroom management techniques to improve classroom culture. This service can be extended into direct and ongoing coaching with classroom teachers.

• School Improvement Planning and Execution - this service is for school leaders or district leaders who are looking to engage in a planning process to write a formal strategic plan for a specific school site or multiple school sites. Tailored support with implementation of the plan, progress monitoring of the plan, and evaluation of the work are also available. This works well paired with Executive Coaching.

• Instructional Coach Development and Coaching - this service targets the support, development, and direct coaching for your instructional coaches. It allows schools and school systems to provide a more intensive level of support for newer coaches or coaches in schools facing academic or staffing challenges. The Instructional Coach is the strongest direct link to teacher growth and development in a school as their primary function is teacher growth, thus their own professional development and growth is essential.

• Executive Coaching - this service uses a goal oriented coaching process inclusive of reflection questioning and evidence based problem solving. This is a great service for school or district leaders with specific challenges to tackle who would like a thought partner and accountability partner to help them get to the other side of success. I also blend this work with teachings from Dare to Lead, Leverage Leadership, Ruthless Equity, Atomic Habits, and The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership.

• Weekly Data Meetings - this service is for schools or school systems looking to estbalish a student academic data collection, analysis, and action process that will help teachers and leaders actualize student growth on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This can include support with creating common formative assessments to center the data meetings around for an additional service fee.

• Customized Support - my range of experiences and trainings allow me to support in a multitude of areas (please review the “about” section to learn more about my expertise areas). I am able to provide support in area not specifically listed and to tailor service offerings to fit your needs.
